Joint Action on Knowledge Exchange: smart cities and the environment.
It was a great pleasure to hold the joint course of the postgraduate students of the MSc “Bioinformatics - Computational Biology” of the University of Piraeus and the MSc “Digital Culture, Smart Cities, IoT & Advanced Technologies” of the University of Piraeus.
The meeting, organized by EUClimatePact Ambassadors Konstantina Siountri and Ourania Konstanti, highlighted the common language that connects smart city technology with environmental challenges, offering a unique opportunity to exchange knowledge and ideas.
A big thank you to Prof. Nancy Alonistioti , scientific manager of the ScanLab of the University of Athens, for her support, and to Nikitas Moschos, researcher of the lab, for the excellent presentation and the valuable insights he shared with the students.
Such collaborations enhance scientific thinking and innovation, contributing to the creation of sustainable and resilient cities for a greener future.
Together we are building the future of technology and sustainable development.
