About Us

The Laboratory for "Digital Culture, Smart Cities, Internet of Things (IoT), and Advanced Digital Technologies and Services," with the distinctive title "DIGI-LAB"/DCSIOT, of the Department of Informatics at the School of Information and Communication Technologies of the University of Piraeus, is engaged in research and educational activities related directly and indirectly to the subject matter described in its title. It provides services and contributes to the connection of the department with national and international entities, businesses, and organizations. The Director of the Laboratory is Professor Dimitrios D. Vergados.

Associated with the Laboratory is the Postgraduate Program (M.Sc.) in "Digital Culture, Smart Cities, IoT, and Advanced Digital Technologies" at the University of Piraeus http://www.cs.unipi.gr/dcsciot/.
