Professor Dimitrios D. Vergados, UNESCO Chair holder "Creative Cities in Motion: Urban Sustainable Mobility and Utilization of Cultural Resources" and Director of the Postgraduate Studies Programme (MSc. ) "Digital Culture, Smart Cities, IoT and Advanced Digital Technologies", participated as an invited speaker in the two-day conference held in Kalavrita on 11 and 12 January 2025, on the occasion of the "20 years of operation of the Municipal Museum of the Kalavritan Holocaust". The two-day conference was hosted at the Multipurpose Cultural Centre of Kalavryta, while Professor Dimitrios D. Vergados was warmly welcomed by the President of the Municipal Museum of the Kalavritan Holocaust, Mr. Theodoros Hamakiotis and the Mayor of Kalavryta, Mr. Athanasios Papadopoulos.
